1. PARTIES
The (purchaser) means the customer or person purchasing (an) admission ticket(s) to a performance of The Antwerp Drag Show. The seller and organizer is Loeckx Business & Entertainment Company.
2. REIMBURSEMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND RELOCATIONS
In case of cancellation of a performance, Loeckx Business & Entertainment Company will refund or send the new tickets if payment was made through accounts or the online payment provider of Loeckx Business & Entertainment Company (Mollie).
Tickets will only be refunded in case of cancellation of the event, not in case of rescheduling. In case of incorrect and multiple payment of reservations, the organizer takes the responsibility to refund the wrongly paid amount. The amount of refund always excludes transaction fees.

3. TICKET
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once payment has been received, you will automatically receive a payment confirmation and your tickets. Did you choose to pay via Bancontact or iDeal? Then you will receive both confirmations and your tickets immedia
tely after your online payment.
4. TERM OF PAYMENT
The buyer is obliged to respect the payment term that will be communicated to him at the time of reservation. If this deadline is not respected, the tickets will be put back on sale without prior notice or compensation.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is no right of withdrawal and the buyer does not have the right to abandon the purchase. Although Article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law provides for a period of 14 calendar days for the consumer to renounce to the contract in the case of distance selling, this right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded via this website, by virtue of Article VI.53,12° of the Code of Economic Law. This article states:
“The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article VI. 47 does not apply to (...) the provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, transportation, car rental services, catering and services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.”
Online tickets fall under services related to leisure within the meaning of art. VI.53,12° WER.
Consequently, exchange and cancellation of already paid tickets is also not possible.

6. RESPONSIBLE
The natural or non-natural person on whose behalf the reservation is made will be considered solely responsible for this reservation and its payment.

7. CORONA
Should the performance be cancelled due to new corona measures, no refund will apply but tickets will be rescheduled to new performance dates.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
The buyer acknowledges to have read the general terms and conditions of sale and hereby declares his agreement. This acceptance is confirmed by the payment of the reservation.
